A New Kind of Victory

Some battles

Are hard to fight

Victories

Life has taught her that.

It has broke

Her and Made her

Strong in a

Breath.

She’s learned

That strength

True strength

Isn’t what the

World sees

Its

What you

See

In yourself.

She’s found the

Kind of strength

That cannot be

Bench pressed

It came with the

Battle that

Took her to her

Knees

And lifted

Her faith.

She has the days

That are hard and

Long

But they

Fade in time

And she moves

On.

She’s found a

Strength

That comes from

Within and that

Has led her

To a new

Kind of

Victory.
