As We Say Goodbye To Another Year

As we say goodbye

To another year

We’ve seen so much

Joy

And far to

Much sorrow

But through it all

He’s held

Steadfast

That gentle

Hand

Calming

Life’s storms.

Let’s enter in

To 2020

Not focusing

On the challenges

But the loving

Arms

That carried

Us through

Those rocky

Times,

Smoothing

The path

Along the way.

Let’s remember

The many blessings

He has given us

And sing the praises

Of the only one

Worthy.

As we say goodbye

To 2019

Let’s look to 2020

With Praise

And Promise!
