August…My Highest Earning Month

I joined Medium in February of 201, joined the Medium Partner Program shortly there after, the first few months were well dismal in the way of earnings, in fact it has been that way for much of my time here, but you know what, no one’s to blame but myself. In the last few months though, I’ve seen an uptick in my earnings, in part due to the amazing interactions I get from being part of Indigo Read for Read Club, and Margie Willis and her Pure Awesomeness lists, and of course interactions are important. I generally try to read fifty pieces a day, sometimes less, sometimes more, and I do allow myself the grace of days when I’m not up to reading or writing, but I do my best. But I digress.

I’ve always believed in giving back, so I often try to read, before I write, and I try to post daily, in August I wrote a total of 93 pieces of course some months I write far less.

I do not write to a singular niche, I write about things I am passionate about, Faith, Disability Representation, Writing, Fiction, Poetry, and a few true crime stories, about a friend whose son and husband were murdered in 1997.
