She was keeping deadly secrets now.

That’s what he did to her – he convinced her that her fault was all the fault of her own actions.

And if he killed her, she deserved that too!

It was easy for him to convince her that these lies were true.

Years of beating her dowm, making her his punching bag, had done that to her.

He was a monster who wore a handsome face, and knew how to lie.

Over time, he had isolated her, separating her from everyone she loved.

He had never really loved her, all he wanted to do was own her, but she refused to be a possession any longer.

In the middle of the night, she dosed his coffee, in order to find the courage to spread her broken wings and fly away.
