Trust that there is something bigger than me. One of my favorite habits this year has been watching sunrises in my front yard. I stand with bare feet in the soft grass watching that big, beautiful ball of light rise over the horizon. With my feet touching the ground and my eyes looking into the sky, I know there is something bigger than me. Literally, the sun is way bigger than me, but figuratively, I’m talking about something bigger — a higher power in our universe. There is a process to life, and I can trust that process.
