Hannah’s Story Continues

It’s easy to take things like Freedom for granted until something in life reminds you that life itself freedom can be taken from us, now more than ever we live in a divided country.

Left and right are at war with each other, and honestly there are no winners, but there is a victory, a victory that can only be found in Christ.

During my time in the hospital, I had a lot of time to reflect on what was happening in this country, even before the saddest and most confusing debate in American History, or maybe it was simply a cry for help!

But I am not here yo talk about politics, that’s not my calling, I am here to share my Faith and my healing. No, I am not suddenly able to walk again, I am talking about a healing that is far greater, a spiritual healing!

Yes, even Sunday School teachers struggle, we question, we hurt, but that doesn’t change how good God is! I am a living testament to his grace, because by all accounts I should have died in that accident.

But what is impossible with man is possible with God, and that includes putting our country back, and we do that by not loosing sight of the one who is in control not only of the country, but everything!

And as I reflect on what freedom is, I am going to think about every breath I take, the Children I get to teach in Sunday School, and the hope that comes from knowing no matter what’s happening in the world, with the Good Lord by our side, we can get through.
