Friendship’s Melody Prologue- Chapter One
- Authors Note, I wrote this in 2013, as part of Nano that year, why am I sharing it? To show my growth as a writer, you never stop learning and growing, and it again it comes down to not only writing what you want to know, but what you want to learn, because its my belief thats how you truly grow as an author.
Prologue:
The car came out of nowhere.
Lori Ann did not even have a second to react.
One moment she was driving along and the next she was smashed into a telephone poll.
Perhaps it was merciful that the second of the impact she was knocked unconscious unaware of what was exactly happening.
Lori Ann was unaware of the damage that had been done, or the fact that in an instant a life can truly change.
As long as it takes for someone else to make a stupid decision your life can be turned upside down.
At twenty one, your own immortality is not exactly the first thing on your mind, but Lori Ann was coming face to face with that.
