Going from worrying about “The Road not Taken.”

For most of my life I was sitting there at a crossroads, like the famous Frost poem. I was worried about the road not taken. On one hand I had told people I was going to medical or law school. On the other hand, my soul yearned to be a writer. But sitting there in that contemporary fiction class the scales fell from eyes. I saw the path I must follow.
