Stories

So much

Pain

So little

Glory!

They carried

A burden

A heavy weight

Those who fought

Carry the scars

Soul deep.

They spoke

Of The silence

That covered like

A cloak

For years

After they

Came Home,

Of watches

Buddies fall

On foreign soil.

These heroes

Who were

Mocked

Called baby killers

And so much

More.
