I have thankfully never had a Pastor tell me this...It definitely doesn't sound Biblical!

The day the pastor spoke to a small group and told us that he would not baptize anyone until they professed Christ for at least two years and worked in his church for an equal amount of time was the day I finally said, “Enough!”
