Power

Nothing else

Could.

I write out

Pain in words

That have the power

To bring healing.

I write out

Joy

In words

Of happiness

Yet it holds

Something

More.

I write out

Hope

In words of

Encouragement

Bringing

In the power

Of hope and

Healing

With the stroke

Of a pen

Still it’s something

More.
