I’ll Stumble, I’ll FALL, I’ll Get Up Again: Chapter Twenty Five

Chapter Twenty. Five:

“It’s really starting to look good Mom.” I said. As my sister and I sat the food on the table, that had just arrived. The furniture had come, and Mom was happy, they would spend the first night in their house, and I was happy for them. I was still a litt,r nervous about them being at my house alone, but I was more at ease than I had been.

“Thanks sweetie. Getting this house has been an answer to prayer.” Mom said.

“I’m really glad you got it, and really glad you’re staying here, not moving back.”

“Sweetie, I’m glad we’re staying close to, after what happened, I couldn’t imagine something happening and us not being able to be right there for you.”

“Mom you and Krista were there for me when I really needed you, that’s all that matters.” I assured them. “You were there holding my hand as the doctor told me I would likely never walk again.”

“I wasn’t going to let you go through that alone, and neither was your sister.” Mom said. “You May not see it, but you have come a long way in a short period of time.”

“I had no. choice Mom, I value my independence, but strangely at the same time, I’m a little scared.”

“Sienna it’s okay to be a little scared.” Mom said. “Just don’t let fear become…
