I’m second generation Italian American on my Mothers Side, what exactly does that mean.

1:) It’s time to dispel the myth that all Italian American have loved ones in the Mafia, that’s a myth that needs to be dispelled.

2:) Many Italian Mothers have the guilt trip down to an art.

3:) Don’t ever put ketchup on your 🍝 that’s just disgusting and would cause my Italian Nonna to turn over in her grave.

04:) We will argue over whether it’s sauce or gravy, in my family it’s called sauce.

05:) Pasta Fagioli is the best dish on a rainy day hands down! Sorry You aren’t going to convince me otherwise.

30 oz cooked cannellini beans low or no sodium (rinsed/drained if using canned)
