Like A Letter Written in the Sand, Part Twenty-Eight
“We are so blessed Clarence, the Lord has blessed us beyond measur.” Anna-leis smiled at Clarence as they both watched their girls play, Clarence had the afternoon free, so they were enjoying a picnic in the field behind their house.
“Yes we are.” Clarence agreed, the fact that Anna-leis could see her blessings despite all she had been through, spoke of her character and the girls running through the grass spoke of answered prayers. There was no doubt in Clarence mind that they were blessed, that God’s grace was real, the very fact his wife sat with him spoke of God’s grace.
Clarence loved watching his wife, watch their daughters, loved hearing his wife laugh at their antics. There were harder moments t moments when he watched his wife struggle with things that came so easily for him, but she never dwelled on it for to long, and enjoyed life to its fullest. There were good days and bad days of course but that was true for anyone, including him.
Today was a good day though, a great day really, they were spending time together as a family enjoying a picnic lunch, but even more imp they were enjoying time together as a family.
