There was something spiritual, something God-given about the love they had, a love that had gotten them through the worst of times. The things that should have broken Clarence and I served to bring us together, that is God, it could only God, and the little girls asleep in the next room, our beautiful twin daughters they are our greatest gift, and God’s hand was certainly in their adoption.

“Clarence, this is a miracle, we are a miracle, the fact that you and I are together. The things that should have torn us apart, has served to bring us together, I know that’s God.”

“It is God, and the strong love he has given us for one another.” Clarence said smiling.

There was no denying they were blessed, they could see God’s hands at work even through the struggles, or maybe it was getting through those struggles that spoke the strongest of God’s grace. Clarence thought as he looked at his wife, his beautiful strong wife, a real life superhero even if she never saw herself in that way. But in Clarence’s eyes, and in the eyes of their daughters she was a superhero.

“I was really missing my career, and I still do, but now I see how God turned sonething negative in to something good, I’m meant to be here with the girls, but I do miss it.”
