Like Letters Written in the Sand…Part Thirty Five

Once upon a time Anna-leis was a skeptic about the kind of love she and Clarence shared. She had never imagined she would experience the joy and love she was experiencing now, because her parents had told her she was not worthy of love, of joy, or anything really. It was Clarence and his family who taught her how to love and how to accept love.

Her life was good, despite the bad things that happened, the good outweighed the bad, and she was learning to praise God in the storms.

She was no stranger to storms, but neither was she a stranger to joy. She had seen God work miracles in her life, the very fact that she was alive she was a miracle.

She should have died in that car, the car was so damaged, she’d been hurt so badly, but God had other plans and she was grateful, her heart swelled as she looked at her husband, and their daughters.

Life was good, even when she struggled with the reality of being a double amputee, it was good, God certainly deserved the glory.

“Clarence, thank you.” Anna-leis said, staring into his loving eyes.
