Being in Clarence’s arms felt great, that would never change. Jesus was Ana-leis savior, but she could not deny the role Clarence and the girls played a big role in that. She was grateful because without them, her life would be very different, certainly not as good as the life she had now.
Clarence was so good too Anna-leis, she had a love better than fairytale dreams, she couldn’t have ever believed she would have experienced such a love until Clarence came into her life, and showed her what love truly was. He had showed her that love, true love was a gift, a gift to be cherished.
And just when Anna-leis was struggling, she was starting to question her own worth, he would do something romantic like reading The Song of Songs to her or holding her in his arms, dancing for both of them.
Song of Songs, 4
4 How beautiful you are, my darling! Oh, how beautiful! Your eyes behind your veil are doves. Your hair is like a flock of goats descending from the hills of Gilead.
2 Your teeth are like a flock of sheep just shorn, coming up from the washing. Each has its twin; not one of them is alone.
