Somewhere Between the Bottom Line and Bottom Dollar

Somewhere between the bottom line

And the bottom dollar

When money no longer

Becomes that thing brought Out of greed.

When faith in the one above

Leads you to realize

Sometimes its the little things

That really matter.

When you face the challenges

Of a floundering economy and

Yet you can still find it in your

Heart to give to those that Have less than you.

When you refuse to be

The one responsible

For someones hunger.

When you do not fall

For traps of deceit

And instead you

Look to the Lord above

For the answers

And you feed his sheep.

Somewhere between the bottom line

And the bottom dollar

I step out in faith.
