Hope in the Broken Places

Acts 2:25 — 28 NIV

David said about him: “ ‘I saw the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. [26] Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest in hope, [27] because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, you will not let your holy one see decay. [28] You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.’

Chapter Four:

It had taken Anna-Leiss losing her legs for her to realize what she had, and for her to realize that she didn’t have to try to do everything on her own, it was the crash that brought her to the Lord, and gave her the wonderful family she has now.

After that crash, Anna-Leiss had lost her legs, but what she gained was far more valuable. She had gained a faith that helped her through the difficult times, the hope of eternity, and a family she hadn’t known she needed until she married Clarence. The dream she had been afraid to dream had finally come true for her.

She had two beautiful daughters and a husband who adored her and them, she loved her home, and she was finding her footing as a blogger. Clarence encouraged her in all her endeavors, and she couldn’t be happier!
