Such a beautiful piece of Pottery...

This is her last work. Lucie Rie did not use pink very often, but in her later years she became fond of it. There are various shades of pink, but this pink is extremely stylish, yet still has a hint of warmth, which is typical of Lucie Rie. The turquoise blue colour is also a wonderful match. I was struck by it, and looked at it for a long time.
