What possessed you to shred me
into tiny little pieces?
were you trying to make me
small
like Alice in a story
petite, bite size, invisible,
like a melted drop of rain
beating on the pulsating brain 
of your corroded hard drive. 
Is love that disposable?
Ditchable.
Detachable. 
Unsalvageable.
