A little girl

Only ten

Chaos and sorrow

Surrounding

As a day of fun

Turns into a tragedy

And yet a little girl

Saves

A toddler

A little boy

She did not know.

Heroism comes

In all shapes

And sizes

But when it

Comes

In a Small

Child

We see hope

For the future

Written in the sky.

Beyond the hate

And beyond the sorrow

We will find

Heroes emerge

Oftentimes in the

Form of a child.
