I know I have wrote about Neal and Brendan Abernathy before, friends murdered in 1997 in their own home, Neal was 42 and his son Brendan was twelve both murdered brutually in their own home, and still their murder remains unsolved, with the Laci Petterson trial finally bringing a resemblance of Justice to that case I feel a new sense of wanting Justice for this father and his son, and on that note I reaceived a message today from someone who had read my article Murder in Hercules; She has her own website and the message reads as follows:

Hi, I just found your article and Neal and Brendan. I met Neal and Susan in the SCA many years back. It’s an odd coincidence that just this last weekend, I was just going through stuff stored out in the garage and found the newspaper articles I cut out of the Contra Costa Times about the murder and the church program from the Bay Area memorial service for Neal and Brendan at whatever Baptist Church it was in El Cerrito (Richmond?
