I miss the stories

You didn’t share

The one’s you couldn’t

Tell,

Long ago stories,

That faded

With time!

I miss the memories

That we can no longer build

The bond that kept our

Family as one.

You lived a long

Life

Nearly Ninety Years

And still

It’s not

Enough.

I miss the phone calls

And letters

The weekends at Nonna’s

The moments that

Moved faster

Than a blink.

I miss the stories

You didn’t tell,

The memories

You can

No longer build!
