The Tomb Was Empty

Luke 24:2-3: "They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus."

They took

Him from

The cross

The son of

Man

Who had

Been Crucified

For our sins

Placed him

In the tomb

God as man

Come to carry

Our sins

But on the

Third day

Mary the Mother

Of Jesus

And the other Mary

Went to the tomb

To find the Stone

From the sealed tomb

Rolled away.

Jesus had risen

Fulfilling the promise

For our Salvation.

He Has Risen

Christ the Son

Of man

Carried the weight

Of the world on

His shoulder

And held victory

Over death.
