What inspires my stories, and why do I mostly write about those with disabilities? The answer is simple I have found inspirations in many directions. In the case of Broken Beginnings, the inspiration was loosely based of a book, a novel I read around 2009, called Sara’s Key. I knew I wanted to tell the story of a Holocaust survivor, and after several rewrites, Character changes, name changes, and years of research Broken Beginnings was born.

If you’d like to find chapters of that, you may find it here, I’m still in the process of organizing everything but you can find Broken Beginnings here.

Broken Beginnings, is a time-slip novel, going from the perspective of the Granddaughter-. As well as flashing back through journal entries to the Grandmothers life and losses during the Holocaust.
