You May Find Yourself

Sadly my BFF died in February of 2007…

There are some days,

You may feel as if the world is against you,

Like nobody cares,

You may try to smile,

When all you want to do is cry,

And pound your fists,

While asking God why.

You may have days,

When t takes all you got,

To drag your weary body out of bed,

And go along with your day,

When in reality all you want to do,

Is hide away.

You may find yourself,

Feeling as if you’re ,

In the lowest hour of your life,

But rest assured God will lift you,

Out of the deepest pit.

And provide you with that friend,

To help you through.
